Bond Details
You have two options for bond, either provide us with credit card details, or pay a bond of $1,500 to the account below. Your credit card details will be destroyed or your bond returned once the cleaner has inspected the Chalet. You can opt to pay by Direct Debit, but use your credit card as a bond.

The Details

Deposit

A deposit of $250 in winter and $100 in summer is required when making your booking, the balance is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival. Payment to be made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard 3.5% fee applies) or direct via Internet Banking. All booking fees must be paid in NZ Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy which is:

Once a booking has been made and paid for, should you fail to turn up or cancel within 14 days of arrival you will incur the following penalty. For every night you have booked and the chalet is empty you will pay for these nights. We will endeavour to re-book the space and if successful a refund will be made.

All other cancellations made outside the 14 day period once the deposit has been paid carry a $250 cancellation fee (i.e. your deposit paid). This cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We do not guarantee the skiing or snow conditions.

Bond

Credit Card

If your preferred payment method is credit card, then no bond is charged but your credit card details are held by us until inspection of the chalet has been carried out on your departure day. Your credit card details will be destroyed by us if the inspection is ok.

Direct Credit

If your preferred payment method is internet banking, then a bond of $1,500 will be required when the balance is paid. This will be returned after an inspection of the chalet has been carried out on your departure day.

Rates

1 June to End of Ski Season: Midweek - $315 per night. Weekends - $360 per night.

Summer Season: Midweek $170 per night. Weekends - $220 per night.

Please note: A minimum of 2 nights during weekends is required.
